Tips for a Splashtacular Day at Summer Waves

1. Be sure to arrive at the park early to ensure a choice parking spot and ideal sun or shaded spots.

2. Bring 2 sets of car keys and strap glasses to your head. Car keys are the most frequently lost item at the park with glasses in a close second. For guest's safety, we cannot stop rides or dive immediately to recover lost items.

3. Wear Sunscreen! Protect your skin from the sun. Sun protection products, hats, and cover-ups are on sale at the Surf Shop. Take precautions against heat-related illnesses as well. Drink plenty of water and cool off regularly.

4. Our lifeguards use one whistle blast to gain the attention of the guest. Please give prompt respect to instructions by lifeguards.

5. Please wear water shoes when visiting Summer Waves, the walkways can get hot and so will your feet. Please remember footwear is not allowed on slides, you will be asked to hold your shoes until you have exited the catch pool or runout.

6. Bring some extra money for our Surf Shop. Everyone deserves to remember their COOL day @ Summer Waves with a souvenir.
